Terms of Service & Prices
Commission Status: Closed
*Rules are subject to change- Be patient! Expect the commission to be completed within 1 - 4 weeks.
- Once I accept your commission, you'll be added to a queue list! I will notify you when it's your turn! However, if you don't respond within 7 days, you will be removed from the queue list. If 7 days pass and you still want a commission, I will happily add you back to the queue!
- Please have a high-quality ref of your character, otherwise, colors may not be accurate!
- I only accept DA points!
- When you have your finished commission, you have my permission to post it online with proper credit by linking any of my socials or simply by saying "Art by Turtle4419".
- You can use your commission for any personal use (icon, background, etc.)
- Do not edit out my watermark/signature!
- Do not claim the commission as your own creation, regardless of how much the image has been edited or how it's been used.
- After purchase, no refunds unless I, the artist, decide I can no longer to the commission.
- I will not begin working on the commission until full payment has been received.
- I don't do holds on slots.
- I, the artist, will retain all legal and artistic rights to the image being commissioned. I can use the commission in my galleries as I see fit.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission without giving reason.
- If you are not a current owner of my art and you repost without credit, edit, trace, copy, or sell any part of my art in any way without my permission, you will be immediately blacklisted.Anyone caught breaking the TOS will be given a warning message. The rule-breaker may also be blocked, have their commission canceled, and/or have their slot revoked.

- A WIP sketch will be provided. If you would like more WIPs, you will have to let me know.
- I can make major edits while the commission is still a WIP.
- Minor edits may be made after the commission is complete.I can/will draw
